I'm thinking number 4. I like the blue colour and agree with Tara's comments that perhaps the red vynl windows might be great for now - if you tired of the colour there is no changing. I like the white vynl and one could have red trim or white trim with the front door red and highlights over the garage doors red. Looking at some Arts and Craft houses on the internet blue was one of the popular colours and some with white trim or a complimentary shade of blue.
Black shingles are dark but have you thought of using the brown shown on the beige house? Again some of the houses I looked at had brown roofs. Just a thought.

I like them all, but number 4 is sticking out. I like the contrast of the door and columns with the blue....
